Accounting Clerk

Job Description:

• Prepares daily deposits
• Prepares all cash receipts
• Reconciles cash schedule
• Stock in all units for the dealership
• Accounts Receivables up to and including: posting factory EFT’s, collect and allocate payments, generate and send out monthly statements, call on outstanding payments
• Assist with filing
• Assist in monthly closings
• Maintains a professional appearance and a neat work area
