Prepare monthly and quarterly billings, OPEX settlements, and receipts.

Update Accounts Receivable (AR) ageing reports and follow up on outstanding payments.

Maintain balance sheet schedules and reconcile accounting records.

Retrieve and prepare financial reports, including cash book, GST, and management reports.

Process accounting entries and ensure timely posting into the accounting system.

Support month-end and year-end closing activities, including audit preparation.

Verify disbursement accounts and perform account reconciliations.

Assist with other finance and accounting duties as assigned.
