Accounting & Finance: Future Opportunities
Location: Austin, TX (in office)

Our Accounting team handles the books for TLC and the properties we own and manage. Roles range from staff accountant to director level.

What the work looks like

• Month-end close and property-level financial reporting
• Accounts payable and receivable, CAM reconciliations, and bank reconciliations
• Supporting budgets, audits, and investor reporting
• Working with property managers to keep property financials accurate

What we look for

• Degree in accounting or finance; CPA or progress toward one is a plus for senior roles
• Commercial real estate or property accounting experience preferred
• Experience with Yardi or similar property accounting software
• Attention to detail that holds up at the end of a long close
