We are looking for an Accounting Generalist to join VOA Oklahoma. The Accounting Generalist will provide administrative and accounting support for the Accounting Department. This position assists with accounts payable, accounts receivable, account reconciliations, and monthly financial reporting.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with entry of invoices, billing, and receipts as needed.
• Weekly processing of credit cards to ensure accuracy.
• Working with administrative and program staff to ensure all receipts are uploaded and approved.
• Tracking recurring expenses to ensure timely and accurate payment (leases, utilities, subscriptions, etc).
• Research discrepancies with billing, invoicing, or general ledger with the assistance of the Interim Director of Accounting and other Accounting staff.
• Train on Medicaid billing.
• Maintain confidentiality of financial, client, and employee information and data.
