Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Reimbursement documents checking
- Payment application on-line
- Issuing invoices (included domestic VAT invoice and export invoices)
- VAT invoice check platform operation, input and out VAT tax monthly checking to comply with account book.
- Binding of accounting documents, organize financial accounting files.
- Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or above, majored in accounting or related;;
- Proficent skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and AUTO CAD;
- Well-developed ability to multi-task and prioritize with strong attention to details.
- Be accountability for the job and have ownership
