Accounting Intern

Job Purpose:
The Accounting Intern will assist the Billing Specialist with billing duties and responsibilities. The significant
responsibilities of the position are listed below. To perform the job successfully, the individual must be able to
execute each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with
disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties, assignments and specific projects may be assigned
at the discretion of management
Duties and Responsibilities
-Help Process Invoices for all divisions after reviewing paperwork received from shipping
-Verify information is correct by checking for data entry or shipping errors
-Help maintain necessary spreadsheets
-Notify Credit Manager of changes/corrections needed to customer accounts
-Assist A/R team with requests as other job duties allow
