Accounting Intern – Open to BS Accountancy Students

As a Fund Administration Intern, you will be responsible for duties and responsibilities normally associated with the position, which include, but are not limited to, supporting the team with administrative and learning-focused tasks while gaining exposure to fund accounting and reporting processes. This role is designed to help you build skills in organization, documentation, and teamwork in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assists in preparing and organizing working papers, schedules, and team files;
• Assists in updating and maintaining trackers for tasks, reports, and audit requirements;
• Participates in learning sessions, shadowing fund administration processes, and team discussions;
• Provides administrative support such as organizing files and preparing reports.

Requirements

Job Specifications:

➢ Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and eligible to complete the required internship/OJT program;
➢ Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills;
➢ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications;
➢ Good communication and teamwork skills;
➢ Willingness to learn and adapt in a professional environment;
➢ Committed to onsite work arrangements exclusively.
