Accounting Intern
Description
We are looking for an Accounting Internto support our finance team with maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices and payments, and tracking expenses. You will also assist with data entry, account reconciliation, and reviewing financial documents to ensure accuracy and compliance. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in accounting while contributing to the improvement of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records.
- Support invoicing, expense tracking, and payment processing.
- Help with data entry and reconciliation tasks.
- Assist in reviewing financial documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Identify and suggest improvements to financial processes over time.
Requirements
- No prior experience required.
- Preferably pursuing or holding a degree in Accounting, Finance
- Fluency in English is required.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office 365 is an advantage.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
Conditions
- Eligible to IEFP Internship (Level 6)
- On-Site in our Studio in Braga, Portugal
- 8:00 to 17:00, Mondays through Fridays
Benefits
- Internship monthly allowance: € 1,149.50
- € 6.15 per working day in meal allowance
