Accounting Intern - Summer 2027

• Corporate Accounting Exposure: Assist with general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and monthly close processes. Gain insight into how financial data supports business decisions and compliance.
• Internal Controls & Compliance: Participate in the documentation and testing of internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Tax Support: Contribute to the preparation of tax workpapers and assist with data gathering for federal, state, and local tax filings.
• Audit Preparation: Collaborate with the corporate accounting team in preparing audit schedules and supporting year-end close activities.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline accounting workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.
• Technology in Practice: Leverage tools like Workday AI and Excel to navigate financial systems and support data integrity.
