What You'll Do
Participate in Day-to-Day Accounting Operations
- Support accounts payable activities.
- Support accounts receivable activities.
- Enter and maintain accounting records with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Help prepare financial transactions and ensure accurate supporting documentation.
Support Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Assist in preparing monthly reports and dashboards.
- Analyze financial data and identify trends or variances.
- Participate in budget tracking and financial planning activities.
- Create reports that help leaders make informed business decisions.
Contribute to Meaningful Projects
- Assist with external report (audit, 990s, etc.) preparation and compliance activities.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency.
- Research accounting topics and present findings to the finance team.
- Support special projects aligned with organizational priorities.
