We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager (A/P) to oversee our accounts payable operations across a growing portfolio of luxury real estate development projects in Phuket. You will lead the AP team, ensure accurate and timely processing of all vendor payments, and maintain strong financial controls in a fast-paced international environment.

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager (A/P) to oversee our accounts payable operations across a growing portfolio of luxury real estate development projects in Phuket. You will lead the AP team, ensure accurate and timely processing of all vendor payments, and maintain strong financial controls in a fast-paced international environment.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Manage end-to-end accounts payable processes including invoice verification, approval workflows, and payment execution
- Oversee and mentor the AP team, setting clear KPIs and maintaining high accuracy standards
- Coordinate with procurement, project management, and legal teams on vendor contracts and payment terms
- Ensure compliance with Thai accounting standards, VAT regulations, and withholding tax requirements
- Prepare monthly AP aging reports, cash flow forecasts, and management summaries
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in AP workflows and ERP systems
- Liaise with external auditors and support year-end closing processes
- Must have full working rights in Thailand
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- CPD-holder or CPA qualification is an advantage
- Strong command of Thai GAAP, VAT, and withholding tax regulations
- Proficient in ERP accounting systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Good command of English — both written and spoken
- Willing and able to relocate to Phuket
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities under deadlines
