Accounting Manager

Job Scope:

• Lead and manage the Finance and Accounting Department.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Develop and maintain internal financial controls and accounting policies.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Review financial performance and provide recommendations to senior management.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate accounting staff.
• Drive process improvements and enhance financial reporting efficiency.
• Support business planning and strategic financial decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in full set accounts, budgeting, financial reporting, and audit management.
• Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Able to communicate effective in English and Chinese.
