Accounting Manager

What You Will Be Doing:

As a valuable team member at BeeOrder as an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Manage daily operations of the accounting department.
• Monitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and statements.
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
• Maintain and update the accounts tree and cost centers to meet business requirements.
• Coordinate and complete annual audit requirements.
• Improve systems and procedures, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Monitor and analyze drivers' balances daily, reporting abnormal variances to prevent errors and fraud.
• Review and manage incentives and discounts for drivers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare profitability reports per order and weekly incentives reports, highlighting variances and reasons.

What Skills You'll Need:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication skills with a "get it done" mindset.
• Well-organized and efficient.
• Data analysis skills
• Fluency in English is a must.
• IFRS and IAS that related to revenue recognition and GL-AP-AR bookkeeping.
