Lead the Accounting Function at Grover Corporation
Grover Corporation is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to oversee accounting operations, financial reporting, cash management, and lender compliance activities. This is a hands-on leadership role reporting directly to the CEO.
Position Summary
The Accounting Manager owns the company books, month-end close process, cash reporting, lender reporting requirements, and accounting controls.
Key Responsibilities
Manage financial reporting, month-end close, payroll and tax compliance, cash forecasting, lender reporting, team leadership, budgeting support, and business analysis.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of accounting experience. Strong knowledge of financial reporting, payroll, tax compliance, Excel, and accounting systems. Manufacturing experience and CPA preferred.
What Success Looks Like
Timely month-end close, accurate financial statements, reliable cash forecasting, timely tax filings, strong controls, and effective department leadership.
