We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager responsible for three core areas: month-end close and financial analysis, oversight of the accounting for two U.S. entities, and treasury and cash flow management. The role is expected not only to report and explain financial results, but also to provide financial insight and recommendations to improve the organization's performance.

1. Month-End Close & Financial Analysis

• Lead and coordinate the monthly accounting close process.

• Review the accuracy and completeness of financial statements.

• Analyze monthly results and explain significant balances, variances, trends, and movements in the financial statements.

• Prepare clear financial explanations and supporting analysis for management.

• Identify opportunities for improvement based on financial results and provide recommendations to management to improve profitability, efficiency, and overall business performance.

2. U.S. Accounting Oversight

• Supervise and review the accounting of two U.S. entities.

• Ensure transactions, reconciliations, and accounting records are complete and properly recorded.

• Review monthly financial information and follow up on accounting adjustments and open items.

• Coordinate with the U.S. accounting team to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

3. Treasury & Cash Flow

• Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and monitor liquidity.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) scheduling, including vendor payment planning, priorities, and due dates.

• Perform Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up, monitoring outstanding balances and expected collections.

• Coordinate payment priorities based on available cash, operational requirements, and collection forecasts.

• Maintain appropriate controls and supporting documentation over treasury transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

• Valid Mexican Professional License in Accounting.

• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including team supervision.

• Strong knowledge of Mexican accounting and tax requirements.

• Experience with CONTPAQi.

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.

• English proficiency.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
