Job Summary

You will manage all financial transactions, audit documents, reconcile accounts, and compute taxes to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting transactions to maintain accurate financial records
• Prepare budget forecasts to support financial planning and decision-making
• Publish timely financial statements to communicate company performance
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual costings and prepare management reports for internal review
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable to ensure accurate cash flow tracking
• Prepare monthly payment lists and payment vouchers to facilitate timely payments
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns to ensure compliance with tax laws
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements to reflect financial position
• Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity to inform stakeholders
• Comply with financial policies and regulations to maintain legal and regulatory standards
