Accounting Manager

ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead key accounting operations across North America. In this highly visible leadership role, you'll oversee financial close activities, financial reporting, internal controls compliance, and Accounts Payable operations for our Public Sector business while partnering with leaders across Finance and the organization.

You'll help ensure the integrity of our financial results, drive process improvements, support audit and compliance requirements, and lead a talented team of professionals. What you'll do\:

· Lead monthly and quarterly close and reporting activities

· Oversee Accounts Payable operations for our Public Sector business and process optimization

· Ensure SOX compliance and support audit activities

· Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives

· Develop and mentor high-performing team members
