Accounting Manager & Operations

Manage the full spectrum of accounting functions, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and payroll.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Ensure accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities.

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.

Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.

Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to management.

Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial procedures.

Manage fixed assets and inventory accounting processes.

Minimum 5years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, and operations management.

At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.

Experience in budgeting, financial reporting, operational planning, and team leadership
