Accounting Manager (Outsource)

Our client is an established audit and advisory firm in Singapore, recognized as part of a top global accounting and consulting network with presence in over 100 countries and 330 business centres.

They are currently seeking to hire an Outsource Accounting Manager for their affiliated outsourcing arm — a professional accounting services firm providing end-to-end finance, payroll, and compliance support to businesses. The salary is up to $5,000 + performance bonus.

Job Scope:

• Lead, supervise and mentor a team of 6 Bookkeepers and Accounting Executives to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Oversee a diverse portfolio of client accounts across various industries, ensuring timely and accurate accounting services.
• Manage full sets of accounts, including AP/AR, general ledger, bank reconciliations and month-end closing.
• Review financial statements, management reports and accounting records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Act as the key point of contact for clients, addressing accounting queries and resolving escalated matters.
• Monitor team performance, allocate workloads and ensure timely delivery of client assignments.
• Drive process improvements, streamline accounting workflows and implement automation using accounting software.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and regulatory requirements, including ACRA, IRAS and CPF.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Strong leadership, client management and communication skills, with sound knowledge of Singapore accounting and compliance requirements.

Working Location: Bendemeer (5 mins walk from MRT station)

Working Hours: 5 days work week (Mon - Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm)

Salary: up to $5,000
