Accounting Manager
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with international accounting standards, and the integrity of the companys financial operations. The role requires hands-on experience in auditing, IFRS, and knowledge of UK, USA, and Dubai accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and oversee day-to-day accounting operations.
- Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE, UK, and USA financial reporting standards.
- Lead internal and external audits, coordinating with auditors to ensure smooth processes.
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and management dashboards.
- Monitor regulatory changes and implement required compliance measures.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.
- Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and procedures.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights for business decisions.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/ACCA/CA preferred.
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in F&B, FMCG or multinational companies.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, UK GAAP, and UAE accounting standards.
- Hands-on experience with audits and financial compliance.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
