🏠 Remote | Full-Time
🏢 Motion and Control Enterprises (MCE) | Reports to: Corporate Controller
Are you a technically sharp accounting professional with deep expertise in corporate tax compliance and lease administration — and the organizational discipline to manage both functions across a complex, multi-entity organization?
As Accounting Manager for Tax Compliance and Lease Administration at MCE, you will serve as the primary internal point of contact for all corporate tax matters — managing relationships with external tax advisors, coordinating multi-state filings, and ensuring every deadline is met. Alongside that, you will own the full lifecycle of MCE's real estate and equipment lease portfolio: lease accounting under ASC 842, critical date management, ROU asset and liability reconciliations, and coordination with operations, legal, and procurement across 25+ companies and 60+ locations. This is a high-ownership role for a proactive, detail-driven accounting manager who thrives in a fast-moving, acquisition-oriented environment.
If you have 7 to 10 years of progressive accounting experience with hands-on tax compliance management and ASC 842 lease administration, we want to hear from you.
