Handle car invoicing for revenue recognition and ad-hoc billing

Prepare Cost of Sales (COS) accruals

Ensure billing documents are complete and properly authorised

Prepare and post journal entries

Post customer receipts accurately

Follow up on outstanding debts and collections

Check and verify sales commissions

Prepare monthly Sales, Cost of Sales (COS) and Gross Profit (GP) reports

Analyse Sales, COS and GP performance

Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by the supervisor
