Accounting & Operations Intern
About Us
We are a growing business encompassing an accounting practice and retail operations. We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Accounting & Operations Intern to support our finance workflows and daily store operations. (3 months/ 6 months option). Working Location in Bishan/Home
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Data Entry Support (Approx. 50%) 2 hours/day (work from home)
Assist with routine bookkeeping, data entry of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
Help organize and verify transaction records and supplier statements.
Support general administrative tasks related to client accounts and record-keeping.
2. Minimart Operations & Procurement (Approx. 50%) 4 hours/day
Assist with inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and procurement duties for Quickpick Minimart.
Manage day-to-day store operations, including cashiering, customer service, and store tidying during minimart duty shifts.
Monitor stock levels and help coordinate with suppliers and delivery schedules.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Business, Finance, or a related field. (21y/o and above)
Proficient in basic spreadsheet software (e.g., Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets).
Highly organized, reliable, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
Able to commit to a part-time schedule of 4 days a week, 6 hours per day.
