We are looking for an Accounting Professional to join our Administration & Finance team in San Polo di Torrile. In this role, you will support the Administration & Finance function by ensuring regulatory compliance, accurate financial reporting, effective accounting management, and administrative support across key financial processes, contributing to CEVA Logistics’ commitment to operational excellence, customer focus, continuous improvement, and sustainable growth.
As an Accounting Professional, your main responsabilities will include:
- preparation of tax compliance requirements (Intrastat, LIPE, etc.);
- monthly accounting closing and reporting, as well as support in the preparation of the annual financial statements;
- management of the electronic invoicing portal;
- accounting management of rental and leasing agreements and IFRS 16 requirements;
- support with accounting and administrative activities and credit management.

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, and a solid accounting background gained through at least two years of experience in a similar role or within a leading audit firm. A good command of English and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, are required. The ideal candidate is accurate, detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with strong planning and time-management skills.
