Job Requirements:
• Invoice processing, payment posting, and account reconciliation
• Collections, aging review, and payment follow-up
• Resolving billing discrepancies, short pays, deductions, and payment disputes
• Managing broker/customer accounts and maintaining AR records and reports
• Coordinating with dispatch, accounting, and factoring companies to ensure timely payments
• Proficient in RTS Factoring and TMS platforms for load tracking, invoicing, payment management, and account monitoring.
Notes:
Advanced English needed.
Basic Russian is a plus.
