Accounting & Reporting Manager | 2-7 years Experience

Job Title: Accounting Position | (Junior & Senior)

Job Overview

We are looking for a stable, detail-oriented Accounting Manager with strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience in managing end-to-end accounting operations. The ideal candidate should have exposure to financial reporting, compliance, and process controls, preferably in a Middle East environment

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting operations including AP, AR, General Ledger, and bank reconciliations
  

• Handle month-end and year-end closing activities
  

• Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and management dashboards
  

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, or relevant Middle East regulatory requirements
  

• Coordinate with internal teams and statutory/internal auditors
  

• Strengthen accounting controls, processes, and documentation
  

• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of financial records
  

Requirements

• CA / IPCC / MBA Finance (Tier 2/3 institutes)
  

• Minimum 2+ years of core accounting experience
  

• Strong fundamentals in accounting and financial reporting
  

• Exposure to Middle East accounting/compliance (preferred)
  

• Proficiency in ERP systems, Tally, and MS Excel
  

• Stable career track record with hands-on ownership
