Job Description :

The Accounting Senior Specialist is contributing to the management of daily accounting operations.

Mission & Responsibilities

• Run daily accounting operations including:

- month and end-year process

- accounts payable/receivable

- cash receipts

- general ledger

- payroll and utilities

- treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting

- revenue and expenditure variance analysis

- capital assets reconciliations

- trust account statement reconciliations

- check runs

- fixed asset activity

- debt activity

• Monitor and analyze accounting data
• Produce financial reports and statements
• Participate in the coordination of annual audits
• Contribute to improving systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Maintain fiscal files and records

Qualifications & Languages

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or Business Administration
• Languages: English (Intermediate)

Previous experience & Industry background

• 5+ years of experience in finance
• Media agency, Digital industry, Tech company, Data company
