Accounting Software Consultant

Salary: ฿25,000 – ฿35,000 per month

About the role

This role involves analyzing and resolving customer issues related to accounting and system usage through various channels such as Chat, telephone, Video Call, or on-site meetings. You will provide consulting and support to help customers understand accounting recording methods, transaction analysis, and Carmen Accounting system workflows. You will also serve as the voice of the customer, communicating feedback, requirements, and pain points to management, development teams, and other departments within the organization, and represent the company in explaining concepts, decision-making processes, and software development to customers transparently.

Key responsibilities

• Listen to, analyze, and investigate customer issues related to accounting and system usage from various channels such as Chat, telephone, Video Call, or on-site meetings

• Understand the in-depth needs of customer SMEs and present correct and efficient solutions

• Advise on accounting recording methods, transaction analysis, and help customers understand workflows in Carmen Accounting

• Provide in-depth consulting to help customers use the system to its fullest benefit

• Communicate customer feedback, requirements, and pain points to management, development teams, and other departments in the organization

• Represent the company in communicating, explaining concepts, decision-making processes, and software development to customers with transparency

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field

• 0–3 years of experience in accounting (recent graduates welcome)

• Good understanding of accounting principles and fundamentals

• Service-oriented mindset with patience, good listening skills, and readiness to help resolve customer issues

• Enjoys learning new things and can keep up with system updates and new features

• Good communication skills in both speaking and writing (no spelling errors)

• Able to read and listen to English well, as the program and user manuals are mostly in English
