📋 Job Requirements:

• Accounts Receivable (AR) & Factoring: Handle customer invoicing, coordinate with freight factoring companies, and follow up with brokers and clients on overdue payments
• Accounts Payable (AP): Process vendor, carrier, and supplier invoices, reconcile delivery notes with billing statements, and manage fuel or toll expense tracking
• Payroll & Driver Compensation: Calculate weekly or bi-weekly driver settlements, mileage pay, per diems, and reconcile trip statements
