We are seeking an experienced Accounting Specialist to join our team in Belgrade. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices and payments
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Prepare financial reports and statements
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
