Accounting Specialist

Job Summary:

Perform Accounts Receivables, Revenue and Cash/Treasury Accounting transaction processing (daily & month-end close activities) including accounts reconciliation, Corporate/Statutory reporting & compliance in a Shared service environment.

Key Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Handling of Accounts Receivables, Manual Invoicing and Cash/Bank Reconciliation transactions on a daily basis and closing the subledger during monthend closing per the internal control and IFRS requirements.
• Ensure operations procedures are executed in compliance with internal controls requirements under JSOX and able to meet defined operational metrics
• Ensure proper supporting documents and record retention of documents in a timely manner.
• Liasion with internal/external auditors on any queries and supporting required on the fixed asset accounting transactions.
• Improvement on operation efficiency
