Job Requirements:

• Bookkeeping
• P&L and balance sheet
• Submit invoices to factoring company.
• Monitoring expenses
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and financial transactions accurately and on time.
• Process driver and employee payroll

• Review and control invoices, payments, receivables, and outstanding balances
• Perform account, bank, vendor, customer, and intercompany reconciliations
• Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely collection of receivables
