Accounting Specialist – QuickBooks & Accounts Receivable

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes including invoicing, collections, aging analysis, and reconciliations
  

• Maintain and update financial records using QuickBooks (QB)
  

• Ensure timely and accurate posting of customer payments
  

• Follow up on outstanding receivables and resolve billing discrepancies
  

• Prepare AR reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities
  

• Coordinate with sales, operations, and customers to address payment-related queries
  

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies
  

• Assist with audits and financial documentation as required
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Accountant with hands-on expertise in QuickBooks.
  

• Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes.
  

• Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
  

• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  

• Experience working with clients or stakeholders across geographies.
  

• Prior experience in a fast-paced or service-oriented environment.
