- Submit daily load invoices to factoring and verify BOLs/PODs.
- Monitor factoring receivables and maintain the A/R spreadsheet
- Process weekly driver settlements, paychecks, and reimbursements.
- Issue money codes and track driver charges.
- Resolve payment issues with broker accounting departments.
- Prepare weekly P&L and keep records accurate in QuickManage and spreadsheets.
