📋 Job Requirements:

- Submit invoices and supporting documents to Factoring company and track funding status
- Manage AR aging — monitor payments, escalate past-due invoices, resolve before recourse, dispute short payments.
- Reconcile factoring statements with TMS and GL (general ledger): advances, reserves, fees, short payments, chargeback
- Quick Manage TMS knowledge
- English B2-C1 speaking level. Certificate is NOT required
