Job Requirements:
- Accounts Payable
- Process and record company bills and vendor invoices.
- Manage recurring expenses such as insurance, trailers, ELD, fuel cards, permits, tolls, maintenance, and other services.
- Maintain accurate records of outstanding payables.
- Accounts Receivable
- Track invoices issued to brokers/customers and Monitor outstanding receivables and payment status.
- Verify that completed loads are properly invoiced and Follow up on unpaid invoices and payment discrepancies.
- Factoring
- Prepare and review driver settlements.
Notes:
English proficiency at C1 is required!
