Job Requirements:

• Handle Accounts Receivable and Payable and maintain accurate records
• Submit invoices and supporting documents (BOL, POD, rate confirmations) to the factoring company and track funding status
• Prepare driver settlements and verify load details, including rates, miles, and deductions.
• Prepare statements, reimbursements, and expense reports.
• Process driver paychecks, including fuel, tolls, and advances.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets for reconciliations, reporting, and financial analysis.
