【About the Opportunity】

RGP is continuously expanding our Accounting & Finance Talent Pool to support our multinational and local clients across different industries.

We regularly receive urgent and project-based hiring needs for Accounting and Finance professionals, including short-term assignments, maternity leave coverage, project support, contract roles, and Temp-to-Perm opportunities.

【Potential Responsibilities】

Depending on the client and assignment, responsibilities may include:

1.Handle daily accounting transactions and general accounting operations
2.Support Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes
3.Prepare journal entries, vouchers, and supporting documentation
4.Perform bank reconciliation and cash management
5.Handle payment processing and banking-related activities
6.Assist with monthly and year-end closing
7.Prepare expense reports and account reconciliations
8.Maintain accounting records and supporting documents
9.Assist with tax filing, invoice management, and other statutory requirements
10.Support Finance teams during system implementation, audit, peak seasons, or special projects
11.Perform other Accounting and Finance-related tasks as assigned

Who We Are Looking For

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related disciplines

Previous experience in Accounting, Finance, Cashier, AP/AR, or Accounting Assistant roles is preferred

Fresh graduates with relevant internship or accounting experience are also welcome
Basic knowledge of accounting principles

Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or other financial systems is a plus

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently

Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to adapt quickly to different working environments
Basic to intermediate English communication skills will be an advantage
