We look after the economy, finances, and regulatory compliance of Cabify. We are a critical area for the business due to our impact on strategic decision-making, the creation of economic value for our stakeholders, and ensuring regulatory compliance in the countries where we operate. YOUR MISSION

As an Accounting & Tax Assistant, your mission will be to ensure the reliability and compliance of Cabify's accounting and tax information in Peru. You will be key in the execution and optimization of our processes, contributing directly to strategic decision-making.

HOW WILL YOU HELP US ACHIEVE OUR MISSION?

• You will record and control daily accounting operations (purchases, expense reports, petty cash), ensuring their correct allocation.
• You will provide support in the validation of payment vouchers and the management of tax withholdings (detracciones), ensuring compliance with current tax regulations.
• You will perform accounting and bank reconciliations, identifying and analyzing discrepancies for prompt resolution.
• You will actively collaborate in preparing the information necessary for monthly and annual tax filings.
• You will participate in continuous process improvement, proposing solutions to optimize efficiency and the use of digital tools.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Academic background: Degree in Accounting.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in accounting or audit roles, preferably in dynamic or multinational environments.
• Solid knowledge of current Peruvian tax regulations and accounting principles.
• Analytical skills, organized, and with great attention to detail, with the ability to solve problems.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
