Your responsibilities
- Manage a team of accountants responsible for accounting processes in Poland,
- Prioritize and process daily business requirements with regards to relevant accounting process, Coordinate and actively contribute to the performance of the team,
- Understand and challenge the accounting processes in scope,
- Monitor performance of the team, including design and measurement of relevant KPIs and target levels,
- Maintain good relations and ensure customer satisfaction through effective leadership and providing high quality of service,
- Participate in special projects and activities assigned by Process Manager,
- Identify process improvement and standarization opportunities, and support implementation process.
Our requirements
- At least 4 years of experience working in finance & accounting (preferably in SSC) and experience in leading a team,
- Good knowledge of Polish accounting standards and local compliance,
- Experience in one of the accounting processes (ATR, OTC/CM),
- University degree in economics / finance with major in Accounting or equivalent,
- Good knowledge of English,
- Good knowledge of SAP or similar ERP or accounting software,
- Excellent organization, problem solving & attention to details skills,
- Excellent leadership skills,
- Goal-driven team management skills,
- Strong analytical skills,
- Ability to work well with other cultures,
- Willingness to undertake new challenges.
