DISPLAX Accounting Technician
Whe are looking to strengthen our finance team
with a Certified Accountant who combines technical rigour with
autonomy in execution. This is an opportunity for someone who already
masters accounting and tax matters and wants to work with real
ownership, joining a team that is investing in giving more structure
and maturity to its finance function.
Accounting
and Tax
Classify, organize, and post accounting documents
Calculate contributions and taxes; complete and submit the Group companies' tax returns
Reconcile bank accounts and accounting ledgers
Prepare and carry out monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
Ensure the annual accounting and tax closing of the Group's companies
Consolidation
and Reporting
Support the consolidation of accounts across the Group's companies
Prepare supporting schedules for the consolidated financial statements
Coordinate related tasks with the statutory auditor (ROC)
Formal
Backup and Management Support
Be ready to formally take on, when needed, the role of Certified Accountant
Provide organized, reliable accounting data to support management reporting
Requirements
Degree in Accounting, Management, or Taxation
Active registration with the Portuguese Association of Certified Accountants (Ordem dos Contabilistas Certificados – OCC) - mandatory
3 to 5 years of experience in accounting roles
Experience with ERP systems (ZOHO is a plus)
Rigor, autonomy in execution, and the ability to work independently
