Accounting Technician

About the role

At Marlex, we are collaborating with an important group of companies in the hospitality sector located in the center of Zaragoza, which need to expand their team with the addition of an Accounting Technician.

What you'll do

Main duties;

• Accounting management; registration and recording of invoices and bank movements.
• Performing periodic closings and preparing economic information for Management.
• Treasury management, collections, and payments.
• Invoicing and economic administration.
• Preparation of budgets and budgetary control.

What we're looking for

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You provide a minimum of three or more years of experience in a similar position in accounting and treasury management.
• You have experience in using A3 accounting software.
• You are an organized, resourceful person with autonomy in work management.

Nice to have

• Having training in CFGM/CFGS Accounting, Administration, or similar will be positively valued.

How you'll work

• Schedule M-F: three days continuous shift and two split shifts until 18:30.
