Accounting Technician

About the role

Do you have experience as an accounting technician in a logistics department? At Randstad, we are looking for candidates like you!

What you'll do

• Liquidity and treasury management, including the daily monitoring of cash positions with the different banks and coordination with the collections department to forecast cash flows and plan payments.
• Management of the group's payments.
• Control and monitoring of the group's payments.
• Management of the relationship with the group's banks: opening accounts, financing, and communication with banking entities.
• Negotiation of conditions and commissions, maintenance of updated information, and management of renewals.
• Management of currency exchanges to handle payments, closing of DA operations, and Agency proformas.
• Management of the documentation for the group's subsidiaries: openings, renewals, closures, and communication with the companies responsible for tax and accounting management.
• Carrying out the monthly closings for the Next Maritime Singapore subsidiary.

What we're looking for

Technical knowledge: handling of A3, knowledge of INext, effective use of corporate email, basic-intermediate proficiency in Excel and knowledge of English

Nice to have

Complementary training: specialization in digital tools (advanced Excel, ERPs such as SAP), taxation or accounting software

Education & certifications

Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance or University Degree: Business Administration, Economics, Finance and Accounting

What you'll get

Salary according to collective agreement between 25,000 and 34,000 gross euros per year, depending on training and experience

How you'll work

Schedule from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 17:00 with 1 hour for lunch
