About the role
At Grupo PROEDUCA, we are looking to hire a National Accounting Technician to join our Financial Department.
The selected person will join the team responsible for the accounting management of the Group's companies, collaborating in the closing processes, the preparation of financial information, and coordination with different financial areas to guarantee the quality and reliability of the accounting information.
What you'll do
🧩 What will your day-to-day look like?
Participate in the monthly and annual accounting closing processes of the assigned companies under group, IFRS, and local regulations.
Record and review accounting entries, ensuring their correct accounting in accordance with current regulations and the Group's internal policies.
Collaborate in the preparation and analysis of financial and accounting information.
Support the preparation of individual financial statements under Spanish accounting regulations (PGC).
Collaborate in external audit processes and in the preparation of required documentation and information.
Provide support in the management and monitoring of tax obligations, in coordination with external advisors and internal teams.
Participate in projects for the improvement and optimization of the area's accounting processes.
What we're looking for
🎓 What are we looking for?
Higher University Degree, mainly related to Business Administration and Management.
High level of Excel: A technical test will be carried out during the selection process to evaluate knowledge and proficiency with the tool.
Proficiency in ERP tools (preferably Navision and/or SAP).
Knowledge and experience in large company taxation.
Nice to have
At least 2 years of experience in similar positions, in complex or transformation environments (integrations, multiple companies, with high invoicing volume) is desirable.
Experience with BI tools is valuable.

How you'll work
Offices in Pozuelo de Alarcón, just 3 minutes from the train station.
Hybrid work model (50% - 50%) (First 3 months on-site)
Schedule: Mon to Thu 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM and Fri 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (1h flexible between start and end time).
