Accounts & Admin Assistant

As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to support the company’s daily administrative and accounting operations. The successful candidate will assist with general office administration, accounts payable/receivable, documentation, data entry, and other finance and administrative duties as assigned.

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Finance

  • Assist with daily accounting transactions and data entry.
  • Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable matters.
  • Follow up on outstanding supplier invoices.
  • Maintain proper filing and records of accounting documents.
  • Process and maintain records of staff monthly reimbursement claims.
  • Assist in preparing reports and schedules for month-end and year-end closing.
  • Assist in audit preparation by compiling schedules and supporting documents.
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on accounting-relatedmatters.
  • Perform other accounting-related duties and tasks as assigned by the Accounts Manager.

Administration Support

  • Perform general office administrative duties and maintain proper documentation.
  • Assist with work pass, insurance and other employee-related administrative matters when required.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for office-related matters.
  • Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero, Dynamics365 Business Central) is a plus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
  • Meticulous, organised and able to work independently.
