As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Assistant to support the company’s daily administrative and accounting operations. The successful candidate will assist with general office administration, accounts payable/receivable, documentation, data entry, and other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Finance
- Assist with daily accounting transactions and data entry.
- Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable matters.
- Follow up on outstanding supplier invoices.
- Maintain proper filing and records of accounting documents.
- Process and maintain records of staff monthly reimbursement claims.
- Assist in preparing reports and schedules for month-end and year-end closing.
- Assist in audit preparation by compiling schedules and supporting documents.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal departments on accounting-relatedmatters.
- Perform other accounting-related duties and tasks as assigned by the Accounts Manager.
Administration Support
- Perform general office administrative duties and maintain proper documentation.
- Assist with work pass, insurance and other employee-related administrative matters when required.
- Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for office-related matters.
- Provide administrative support to management and other departments.
- Perform any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting and administrative work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero, Dynamics365 Business Central) is a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn
- Meticulous, organised and able to work independently.
