📢 Hiring: Accounts Assistant (1-Year Contract) | Up to $3,500 + Completion Bonus

📍 Location: Asia Square (Near Shenton Way MRT)
🕘 Working Hours: Monday – Friday
• 8.30am – 5.30pm OR 9.00am – 6.00pm
💰 Salary: Up to $3,500/month
🎁 Bonus: 1-Month Completion Bonus

What You'll Do:

• Assist with monthly financial closing and management reporting
• Verify and process agents' disbursements and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Perform agent statement reconciliations and follow up on outstanding items
• Review operating cost provisions, unbilled/unearned revenue, and bunker stock reports
• Process supplier invoices within required timelines
• Handle daily accounting operations and support ad-hoc finance duties
