recruit an Accounts Assistant Manager into their growing Accounts &
Business Services team.

Responsibilities
As an Assistant Manager, you’ll enjoy a varied role with plenty of client interaction and responsibility. You will:
- Oversee
the preparation of annual financial statements across statutory accounts,
partnerships, trusts, and sole traders.
- Manage
your own client portfolio, acting as the main point of contact and
building strong client relationships.
- Supervise,
mentor, and review the work of junior team members, supporting their
development.
- Work
collaboratively with other departments to deliver joined-up, value-added
services.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is
ACA/ACCA qualified, or AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
- Has
proven experience with cloud accounting software.
- Can
work confidently both independently and as part of a wider team.
- Demonstrates
excellent communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.
- Is
motivated, commercially aware, and committed to delivering high-quality
work to deadlines.
- Is
ambitious and keen to progress their career further within a leading
accountancy firm.
Benefits
- Salary between £45,000 - £55,000 per annum depending on experience and qualification status, with regular reviews.
