Accounts cum Admin Assistant ($3k/Tradehub 21/5.5 Alt Sat)

Our client is a well established, fully integrated marine vessel manufacturer. Their office is at Trade Hub 21 (near Jurong East MRT). They are currently looking for an ACCOUNTS & ADMIN ASSISTANT

Offered salary: Basic up to $3000
Work location: Trade Hub 21 (near Jurong East MRT)
Employment Terms: Permanent with full benefits + bonuses
Work days: Alt 5.5 days week, Mon-Thurs 9.30am-6.30pm, Fri 9.30am-6.00pm, Alternate Sat 9.00am-1.00pm

Job Description

• Perform accounting and general administrative duties

• Handing partial sets of accounting

• Handing AR & AP (creating payment, receipt vouchers, data entry update into MYOB system etc)

• Preparation of sales invoices, purchase orders, delivery orders, quotations, bank reconciliation etc.

• Issuing cheque payments and prepare T/T applications forms

• Handling petty cash transactions, verifying and process employee expense claims

• Handling telephone enquiries and correspondences relating to accounts and banking matters.

Job Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Accounting/finance or LCCI or higher

• At least 1 year of relevant working experiences as an Accounts Assistant

• Proficient in MYOB & MS Office applications, such as Excel, Outlook & Words

• Responsible, independent and has the ability to multi-tasking

• Possess a positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure

• Able to work on 5.5 days (alt Saturdays) work week
