Accounts Executive (5 days / Kaki Bukit / AP / AR / Accounting)

• Working hours : Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
  

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities.

• Process supplier payments, customer invoices, and follow up on outstanding payments.

• Maintain stock records and assist with quarterly stock take.

• Coordinate shipment documents and GST declarations.

• Prepare and submit quarterly GST reports.

• Perform monthly bank reconciliation and month-end closing.

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and maintain General Ledger (GL).

• Update project cost sheets and support billing processes.

• Assist in financial reporting, annual audits, and maintain proper accounting records.

• Liaise with internal departments on finance-related matters.

• Support continuous improvement of accounting processes and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
  

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.

• Possess minimum 2 years of relevant experience in AP, AR and General Ledger functions.
