Accounts Executive
Summary
Handles full-cycle accounting tasks including ledgers, GST, audits, and cash flow for a Singapore-based metal company.
Manage full spectrum of finance & accounting and costing function ;
including full sets accounts covering general ledger, AR , AP, bank , petty cash , GST , journals, fixed assets.
• Prepare monthly management reporting .
• Prepare full set accounts for annual statutory audit and corporate tax filing .
• Prepare schedules for tax agents and auditors; liaise and respond to tax and audit queries.
• Ensure timely monthly closing, including preparation of journal entries and accounting schedules.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, corporate policies & procedures and accounting standards.
• Handle and in charged of petty cash issuing , receiving and recording .
• Estimate and monitor cash flow and fund transfer.
•Accounts receivable and credit control.
•Prepare adhoc payment .
•Prepare month end payment for suppliers and workers .
•Match PO, DO and invoice.
•Prepare and submit GST filling .
•Prepare and monitor project costing .
•Other duties as assigned .
